Dedicated Care Across Every Stage

An overview of the care available at our clinic

Family Medicine

Our family medicine department provides comprehensive primary care for individuals and families across all stages of life. From preventive care and routine checkups to the management of ongoing health concerns, this team serves as the foundation of care within the clinic.

We focus on continuity, coordination, and long-term relationships, ensuring that each patient’s medical history, family context, and evolving needs are understood and thoughtfully addressed over time.

Pediatrics

Our pediatric department provides specialty care for infants, children, and adolescents, with attention to both physical health and developmental needs. We work closely with parents to address concerns, offer guidance, and support children through each stage of growth.

Care is delivered in a warm, reassuring environment, with thoughtful evaluation and an emphasis on helping families feel informed and supported in their decisions.

Neurology

Our neurology department provides comprehensive assessment and management of a wide range of neurological conditions, including headaches, cognitive concerns, movement disorders, and neuropathies.

Care is thoughtful and thorough, with attention to how neurological concerns impact daily functioning and quality of life. We work collaboratively within the clinic to ensure neurological care is well coordinated with primary and specialty services, helping patients and families move forward with clarity and support.

Geriatrics

Our geriatrics department focuses on supporting the health, function, and overall wellbeing of older adults. Care is designed to address both everyday medical needs and more complex, age-related concerns, with close attention to coordination and continuity.

Services include chronic disease management, treatment coordination, and support for conditions commonly affecting seniors, such as heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disorders, arthritis, memory changes, gait and balance concerns, bowel and bladder issues, sleep difficulties, mood changes, and osteoporosis.

Memory Evaluations

Comprehensive memory evaluations are available to help assess cognitive changes and guide next steps. Care may include dementia medication management, practical strategies for symptom support, and ongoing guidance for patients and families as needs evolve.

Palliative Care

Palliative care is available to support patients living with serious or advanced illness at any stage. This care focuses on comfort, symptom management, and aligning medical decisions with a patient’s goals and values, while providing support for families throughout the process.

Other Services

Home and Community Care

For patients who require care outside the clinic setting, home visits are available for select examinations or procedures on an as-needed basis. This service allows care to continue beyond the clinic setting while maintaining the same thoughtful, coordinated approach.
